You can apply right away! We offer pre-leasing options to secure your future home. Once submitted, the application review process typically takes 24–48 hours.
2. What fees are involved in the application process?
There is a $50 application fee per applicant and a $200 administration fee.
3. What utilities are included in the monthly rent?
Utilities are not included in the base rent and are the responsibility of the resident.
4. Is renter’s insurance required?
Yes. Residents are required to maintain a minimum of $100,000 in liability coverage.
5. When is rent due, and what payment methods do you accept?
Rent is due between the 1st and 3rd of each month. We accept payments via the Resident Portal, money orders, cashier's checks, and MoneyGram.
6. What is the policy for breaking a lease early?
Early termination requires a 30-day written notice and a termination fee equivalent to two months’ rent.
7. What are the procedures for transferring to a different unit?
Residents may request a transfer by paying a $350 transfer fee and passing a transfer inspection of their current unit. *Specific lease conditions apply.

Yes! We are a pet-friendly community and allow up to two pets per household.

There is a $300 non-refundable pet fee and a monthly pet rent of $35.
